Full in-house production

4,410 m² plant, 4 production lines and 13 core machine types — including CNC machining centres, 6 cold-heading machines, 30 automatic lathes, 10 presses, 5 marking machines and 5 centreless grinders. From CNC turning to thread rolling, embossing and shot blasting, critical processes stay in-house.

Complete ODM customization

Four working modes: full customization, sample-based, drawing-based and minor modification. Material and colour are adjustable, and we support sample processing before you commit to a bulk order.

Three-gate quality control

Incoming material inspection → in-process checks → finished-goods inspection, with supplier assessment and batch traceability on every run. QA/QC is a dedicated role, not a side duty.

Continuous new-model flow

Around 40 new models a year keep your listing range moving. Packaging can be tuned to your logistics channel to cut damage, and colours changed to differentiate your brand on the shelf.

Quality system

Three gates, and a batch record

Every production run passes three inspection points. Records are kept so that a finished carton can be traced back to its material lot.

Gate 01

Incoming material

Incoming inspection records and supplier assessment before anything reaches a machine. Material that does not meet spec does not enter the line.

Gate 02

In-process

Checks at the machine and at assembly, so a deviation is caught while the run is still running — not discovered in the finished carton.

Gate 03

Finished goods

Final inspection against the approved sample, with batch traceability on every run so bulk can be compared with the sample you signed off.

How to read these. The VDE, CE and Machinery Directive certificates are held by the specialist partner factories that manufacture those categories for us — they are not held by our own plant, and we do not present them as our own. Full copies, including certificate numbers and validity dates, are provided with any quotation on request. Our in-house hand-tool lines are covered by our own three-gate inspection and batch traceability rather than by a third-party certificate.

We work to your approved sample, not to a promise. That is why sample approval is a separate stage with its own sign-off before any bulk order starts.

A tool-set manufacturer, not a trading company

PPRROFORCE is the export brand of NINGBO SOLBEX HARDWARE CO., LTD. Our products are manufactured in our own plant in Yuyao, Zhejiang — a town built on hardware and tooling, and a plant that has been making tool sets since 2007.

We focus on one thing: automotive tool sets. Sockets, wrenches, ratchet and torque wrenches, and the sets assembled from them. The plant runs 4 production lines and 13 core machine types, staffed by a team of 80+ across sales, design, new-media and quality.

Because we build in-house, you can hold us to three things a trading company cannot promise: an adjustable material and colour specification, a sample you sign off before bulk, and a batch record if something ever goes wrong.
